CNF Timber
The core system for round wood exports — designed to handle the entire supply chain from wood purchasing to vessel loading. Built to work with minimal hardware requirements, fully offline, and with a simple interface to reduce measurement error.
Vessel Loading
Control in real time vessel loading status: tons per hold or deck, total volume in transit, realtime loading speed and estimated completion date.
Stock Analysis
Realtime updates and analysis of current stock in yard: volume per length, diameter, product and stack. Average diameters and full product distribution.
Wood Reception
Easily control wood volume reception in multiple dimensions: tons/JAS per supplier and date, products per supplier and delivery note details.
Measurement Audits
Audit measurers and find who needs to be trained. Compare audited vs original measurements with color-coded deviations and per-auditor performance summaries.

How we work
We have created our own methodology which helps us keep a close control over the products we certify while complying with international standards.
1. Analysis
For every one of our clients, we carefully analyze their needs to ensure that the our team is prepared to deliver as expected.
2. Train
Once our team have gathered all requirements, an specific protocol is designed for that client and staff is trained appropriately.
3. Execute
Once our team is trained in the clients specific needs, everything is executed while being closely monitored by our supervisory staff.
4. Control
Using our own proprietary systems, we are able to control and quicly detect any anomalies that may occur during execution.
Who we are
About us
CNF Group is a Uruguayan company with more than 15 years of experience in forestry services. Founded in 2002, we started off by offering logistics services for harvesting, loading and transport for paper pulp companies. In 2004 we changed our services by offering our clients better control over their products by controlling and keeping detailed data logs of products harvested, transported and processed obtaining full product tracing back to its origin. In 2010 we began offering our specialized services in creating detailed packing lists for product exports and controlling quality of measurements over all products exported.
